Change for the second time, ie change of already changed products is not allowed. Specifically about returns:

• The product must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and is in excellent condition.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
